Order Cancellation Timeframe
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at 7689-840961 or call us at shumbhasurpramadhfabric@gmail.com with your order number.
Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-cut fabrics, personalized orders, or bulk orders are non-cancellable once processing has begun.
- Once an invoice is generated and fabric has been cut, the order cannot be reversed.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, and payment has been made, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.

Right to Refuse Cancellation
