1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across:

  • Pan India (All major cities and towns)
  • International Shipping (Selected countries – Contact us for availability)

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.
  • Custom orders (dyeing, embroidery, printing, bulk quantities) may require 5–10 business days depending on complexity.

3. Shipping Duration

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery (India): 2–3 business days (additional charges may apply)
  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days depending on location and customs clearance

Note: Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert amount].
  • Shipping charges for orders below that amount or for COD orders will be calculated at checkout.
  • International shipping rates will be shared via email or WhatsApp based on weight and destination.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
